    An all-levels practice to awaken the body and mind. We move with breath, finding space and energy to start the day with intention. A balance of steadiness and flow, this practice sets the tone for the day ahead, calling in what we need.

    A deep, nourishing practice where we move with intention, sinking into each posture and letting the breath guide us. This is your time to slow down, soften, and truly feel into your body. Expect moments of challenge, moments of release, and a rhythm that invites you to be fully present.
